If you use a BLACKRAPID camera strap and an Arca-Swiss tripod, then you need this camera plate. It allows you to stay connected while using both camera strap and tripod at the same time. No need to disconnect the strap when you put your camera on your tripod.
Go back and forth from camera strap to tripod, without disconnecting the strap.
This camera plate attaches to the tripod adapter on the bottom of your camera (or lens if you have a long lens with tripod connection point). And it works with any tripod with an Arca-Swiss head and any BLACKRAPID camera strap that has a carabiner connector.
