I am a professional landscape photographer. I love to enjoy and feel the essence of the places I visit, and my dream has always been to explore and capture special moments.

My photography journey started at the age of ten with a film camera, when I left home without a return ticket. Years later, I still devote time and energy researching the best shooting and modern post-processing techniques for landscape photography.

After I graduated in Economics, after some years in tax and business recovery services, I turned my great hobby into my current job. I am currently leading one-to-one and group photography tours and workshops traveling to some of the most beautiful destinations around the world. My works have been published in some travel guidebooks and some of the most well-known photography magazines and guides.

When I’m in the middle of nowhere with my camera, just in front of nature, I feel myself in tune with the surrounding spaces. As a photographer, I try to combine the visual emotions to what I feel when I’m taking a photo. It’s something wonderful and goes beyond everything else, it’s something I need. This is what I feel among the mountains and along the coasts looking for the right moment.

Do you have any hobbies?

I’m also a drummer and a songwriter.

Do you have a photo tip for us?

My favorite photo tip is… watch carefully what’s happening around you and be ready for the shot.

What’s in your bag?

In my bag you can find my two DSLRs Nikon D850, a wide angle (Nikkor 14-24mm f/2.8), a mid zoom (Nikkor 24-70mm f2.8) and a couple of tele zoom lenses (Nikkor 70-200 f2.8 and Nikkor 200-500mm) to bring my eyes into the scene and capture details in the distance.

And of course, I always bring my super comfortable BlackRapid Double Breathe Harness strap.
